Dear real estate sector,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, many organizations have access to more data, systems and sustainability ambitions than ever before. Yet in practice, it often remains difficult to truly steer on that information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintenance is still frequently reactive. Reporting is often backward-looking. And investment decisions are often made based on fragmented insights, assumptions or a lack of connection between technical performance, operations and long-term real estate strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My conviction is that data-driven real estate does not start with dashboards, AI or isolated technology initiatives. It starts with making maintenance and asset management progressively more steerable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my current role, I am closely involved in helping shape the transition toward data-driven maintenance and asset management as a more structural way of working. That is also why I believe this movement can be translated in a practical and controlled way to real estate users, owners and portfolio-driven organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not by trying to change everything at once, but by starting small. With the right questions, the right data and, most importantly, the right output to support better decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is where my interest and contribution lie: helping organizations move, step by step, toward more forward-looking and better informed real estate steering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not as a goal in itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But as a foundation for smarter maintenance, better investment decisions and more future-proof portfolios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
